Terms & Conditions - Administration

There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for most tasks.

 

Work can be received either by: email attachment, post, fax, hard-copy, USB Stick, CD-Rom.

 

Collection & delivery services available, with prior arrangement.

 

Normal turn around for general work is 24-48 hours dependent on the size of the task. Turnaround will be discussed and agreed prior to commencement of the project.

 

Urgent deadlines for clients can also be discussed.

 

All documentation will be scanned using Anti-Virus software which is continually updated, however, no guarantee can be given and it will remain the client’s responsibility to ensure they have their own Virus protection.

 

Final proof reading remains the responsibility of the client. Any errors must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the completed work and will be rectified free of charge.

 

A 40% deposit is required prior to the start of any new project, with the balance being due and payable upon completion.

 

Hourly services are invoiced weekly and are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.

 

Retainer Agreements are invoiced fortnightly in advance of each calendar month and are due and payable prior to the commencement of work.

 

Payment must be paid in UK Pounds Sterling and can be made by personal or business cheques drawn from a UK Bank Account, PayPal , cash or arrangements can be made for direct bank transfer.

 

The client will be liable to refund any unpaid cheque charges.

 

Interest will be charged on any overdue amounts at the rate of 2.5% per month until the account is settled.

 

All materials will be billed and listed individually on invoices.

 

Confidentiality

It is our assurance that client discretion is paramount.

 

We offer a Confidentiality Agreement which can be signed prior to commencement of work

 

Monthly Retainer Packages

For those clients wishing to use our services on a regular basis, we offer a Monthly Retainer Package. This guarantees you an agreed number of hours per month for any or all of my services, giving you the benefit of a consistent level of support.

 

10 hours a month - price on application
20 hours a month - price on application
30 hours a month - price on application

 

All fees will be payable in advance. Any hours used above the agreed amount will be invoiced separately.

 

Stationery, printing, postage and telephone calls will be charged separately.
